SLITTING LINE - LONGITUDINAL STEEL STRIP CUTTING LINE
Slitting line is able to cut steel strips from coils max weight 25t, up to 1550mm width, outer diameter 2000mm, and thickness of max. 8mm of steel max tensile strength 630N/mm2.
Max speed of Line is 100m/min.
The number of cuts depends of thickness of material.
This line serves to prepare the strips for Tube welding lines, Lines for cold shaped profiles (Open profiles), strips for earthing, in production of
worm (screw) transporters, silo cells, etc.
The line works completely automatically.
